Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped or customized. Customized cooking appliances are not cancellable once production starts.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if items are unused and in original packaging. Clearance or customized items are not returnable unless defective.

Refunds
After receiving and approving your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
